Technical Trainee system was created by Japanese government to allow for the exchange and training of overseas trainees in Japan

Visa Type :- Technical Trainee

This visa type is for those applicants who are willing to go to Japan with the purpose of training in an organization in order to acquire technology and other skills.

Who can apply ?

Those candidates who has following abilities;

  • Candidate must have intention to obtain the technology; skill & knowledge in Japan
  • After back from Japan
  • candidate must have the wiliness to apply the technology
  • skill & knowledge in Nepal.
  • Minimum Age :- 18 completed
  • Gender :- Both
  • Minimum 12th Grade Pass ( This is requirement of SHINE)
  • Language level with JLPT N5 or above

General Working information:-

  • Location :- Within Japan
  • Working hour :- 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM (Including 1 Hr lunch Break)
  • Holiday :- Saturday/ Sunday and other National Holidays
  • Total Holidays :- 123-130 Days per year
  • Training Allowance :- Provides
  • Overtime :- Not allowed
  • Welfare :- As per recruiting organization
  • Generally governmental social insurance program/ In house training / External training / Study and research supports etc.
  • Remuneration:- Typically training allowance only
  • Pay- Raise :- Increases at the time of promotion
  • Bonus :- available

Required Qualifications and Required documents : -

You may applicable to apply in Japan as nursing care job if you have following documents

  • Academic degree up to 12th grade
  • Language certification up to the level of JLPT N5 & above.
  • Training certificates if available
  • Latest updated CV/Resume with the photograph
  • Photographs

  • Period of Stay:- Depends on your duration of training ( 6 months to 3 years)
  • Extendable: - None
  • Required Language Level: - JLPT N4 or above
  • Trainees quota in Japanese organization
  • Over 301 employees :-20 trainees
  • 201-100 employees :- 15 trainees
  • 101-200 employees :- 10 trainees
  • 51-100 employees :- 6 trainees
  • Less than 50 employees :- 3 employees
